Five Days of Sacred Sisterhood & Self-Discovery
Our Daily Dose of Magic
We will begin our days with Kundalini Yoga and meditation. We’ll enjoy lunch at the on-site restaurant or perhaps explore the town. In the evening, we will participate in a bespoke ceremony to deepen and crystallize the work done in our coaching sessions.
Each Day is Rooted in Purpose and Intention
You’ll meet Claire and your retreat sisters at Claire’s favorite cafe in Mexico City - from there, we will ride together to the magical town of Tepoztlán.
After an indulgent lunch at the women-run Parcela, you’ll have plenty of time to settle in at Casa Fernanda.

Damiana Villarello
MEDICINE WOMAN
Damiana is a Chicana-born third-culture child who has traveled the world and lived in some of the largest metropolises. However, city life made her uneasy, so for the last three years, she has been living among Indigenous communities, focusing her work on the conservation of Mother Earth, Native Traditions, and collective healing.
With a background in politics and entrepreneurship, Damiana realized that the material realm means nothing if we don't heal our traumas and embrace our shadows. After a suicide attempt, she found grounding in alternative well-beingbeing, particularly the Red Road and the Wirarika Way. Introduced to Temazcal by her mother at the age of 13, she has practiced as a Vision Quester and has felt her calling to guide Temazcal ceremonies and help transform the lives of others through these ancient healing practices.
Morena Martinez
MEDICINE WOMAN
Paola Martínez, better known as Morena “More,” is originally from Oaxaca,
a place rich in ancestral knowledge and ritual. Morena learned the practiceof the sacred temazcal and cacao ceremonies from her grandmothers. These ancient practices combine fire and water elements to purify the mind, body, and spirit.
Morena's family heritage also instilled in her a love of flavors, smells, and textures, sparking a deep passion for plant-based nutrition. Her comprehensive approach to conscious nutrition has led her to develop workshops aimed at improving nutrition for families—nourishing the body, mind, and emotions, as what enters through the mouth reaches all corners of our being.
More’s daily motto is: "Give yourself a hug and feed your spirit."
You’ll leave Tepoztlán a deep sense of purpose and crystal clarity on your next steps.
